The conference facilities are available with or without lodging. We presently offer the Board Room (upto 8- 10 people) & the Olive Branch Conference Center with full catering services for continental breakfast, lunch and receptions. Special occasion and corporate gift certificates are available online or at the Inn.
Please refer to the catering menu selections for food and beverage pricing. 20% gratuity & 8.75% sales tax will be added to your final balance.
Weekend and Holiday Pricing
The published rates on this page represent pricing on Monday - Thursday. Prices may vary on some facilities on weekends and holidays. Call our staff for a quote if your event is on a weekend or holiday.
The Boardroom
Accommodates up to 10 conference-style at a large oak table with high back ergonomically designed chairs; TV/VCR and a dry erase board.

The area and grounds surrounding the Inn are available for picnic style boxed lunches, grill menus, and receptions.
The facility rental fee will vary and depend on the requirements and nature of the event.
| Morning Dove Luxury Patio Suite
Accommodates 10-12 people in a relaxed luxurious environment. Perfect for day meetings or team-building for executives or a small group.
| The Olive Branch Event Center
The 3,500 square foot event and conference space will accommodate groups from 25 to 250. Available for seminars, corporate and social lunches. Also available for receptions and dinners. Full service catering available for meetings.
| Inn Dining Area
Accommodates up to 24 when set up with 6 Circular Table. Used as the Inn Breakfast area and also for inside Fine Dining. This room is self-contained and offers privacy on the grounds of the Inn.
