Our Gift Certificates never expire. Bring them in if you have old ones & the Dollar value of your existing GC can be applied towards your next Treatment.




Gift Certificates may be made for any amount over $50, and the amount does need to be printed on the certificate.

Please allow two weeks for processing and delivery. The Purple Orchid Inn is not responsible for mail delays. If a Gift Certificate is needed by a particular date we recommend, if possible, picking up your Gift Certificate; to ensure you have it by that date.

If you need it sooner please make arrangements for Local pickup at our site or let us know in advance so we can send them via UPS (For $12.50 allow 3-5 days).


NOTES :

The Purple Orchid is not responsible for Lost or misplaced GC's. Please bring your GC at the time of your Treatments to redeem the Value of the GC Purchased.

All Gift Certificates are non-refundable
If you wish to Transfer your GC to your Friends or Family they can be turned in at the Purple Orchid Inn & a new GC issued for a $15/- Fee per GC.

Purple Orchid Gift Certificates do not expire.

You cannot purchase a gift certificate online; however, you can make the request online and our staff will follow up with a phone call for the payment information. If your request is urgent, please call us as soon as possible at (925) 606-8855.

To use your Gift Certificate we require that it be presented to our Guest Services personnel at the time of redeeming the Service.
