General Reservation and Accommodation Information.

1. Check in is between 4-6 p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check out is 12 noon.


2. Our rooms are designed for Double Occupancy.


3. The Double Eagle Suite, the public rooms and the outside pathways are wheelchair accessible.


4. No Professional Photography or 3rd Party Vendors allowed on the Premises with any Inn Guests


5. No dogs or cats. We will be happy to assist with kennel reservations. We can assist with stabling of your horses at the Inn or nearby.


6. Included in your room rate is our full country breakfast. Wine & Cheese is served from 4-6:00pm in our Dining area daily to Inn Guests. Please let the Guest Receptions know at the Time of your Reservation of any Special Dietary requirements/needs


7. Guests who smoke may do so on the outside patios only.


8. All rooms have fireplaces, Telephones, Cable TV, DVD/VCR's, Jacuzzi tubs and showers.




9. We offer Free Internet Wireless Access in most rooms & Common areas


10. Gift certificates can be purchased at any time or over the Phone & can be applied for both Lodging & SPA Treatments at the Purple Orchid


11. Cancellations: For Rooms/Packages booked over $300 in Total Value we charge half the Value of your Total Booking as a Non Refundable Fee.


12. Please Note : We have Critical Weekends booked/blocked for 2010 & 2011 for our Brides who have chosen us to make their Wedding Dreams come True. Please call us to inquire if you are seeking a Wedding and/or Rooms for 2010 & 2011


13. Overnight guests enjoy a 15% off Rooms when booking spa packages at the Same Time.
