Deep Tissue:

Great treatment for the professional athlete or weekend warrior. Choose from a precision sports massage for pre or post performance muscle exertion or deep tissue for stubborn or chronic conditions. Therapist will discuss specific needs and appropriate warm up activities with each guest prior to the treatment.

Hand and Foot Treatment:

This fabulous treatment includes a hand and foot massage with a parafin application. Easy to add a chair massage.

Chair Massage:

The stones can also be tapped directly on tight muscles to release muscular tension for a more therapeutic massage.
