Please NOTE For SPA Groups we have a 10 Day Cancellation Policy ( No changes or cancellations after that point since we Block out all Treatments/Hours in advance )

3. Spa Lunch or Catered Lunch:

4. Treatment Desires: Massages and Facials or the Works= Massage, Facial, Body Wraps:

6. Any Extras you would like: Flowers, Champagne, Wine, Magazines and Games:

7. Estimated Budget Total or Budget Per Person:

A 50% Non Refundable deposit is required for all Group reservations over 3 members to hold your slot.






Arrival


Please arrive at least 30 mins prior to your appointment time. We also require that you complete a Client Consultation form before your treatment begins and inform the therapist of any known health concerns.

Purple Orchid Gift Certificates

Our beautiful Purple Folder GC's are well liked as ideal Christmas or appreciation Gifts by our Clients. They can be redeemed as Dollar value applied to Room or SPA Treatments.

Gift Certificates are available at the Inn or can be mailed in our Signature Boxes for a small postage fee. Please note mail time is not guaranteed.

The Gift Certificates never expire. They are Non refundable but are transferable for a $15/- processing fee.


Cancellation Policy

We ask that you supply a Valid Credit Card number to guarantee all appointments and reservations. The Purple Orchid Inn will take a 50% Non Refundable deposit for all Treatments/Packages booked over $300 in Value.

We have a 3 Day Cancellation Policy for any and all Treatments (No exceptions) for Parties under 3 Guests. For all Parties of 3 or more Guests we have a 10 Day Cancellation Policy. No Changes or substitutions for SPA groups


For Group SPA's (3 People & over) & Treatments over $300 we take a Non Refundable Deposit that can be applied for a future date if you choose to cancel the appointments after the Deposit is made.
