You’ll see hand sanitizing stations around the resort- near the entrances and front desk, and our team members are wearing face coverings for protection. At this time housekeeping services during your stay are not available, however we will provide additional items upon request.
Food Safety: At The Purple Orchid, all food handlers, supervisors, and managers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. Our food and beverage operation is required to conduct self-inspection using its food safety standards as guidelines, and compliance is validated by the Alameda County Environmental Health Department audits. We are also enhancing sanitation guidelines and disinfecting practices, and providing additional training for team members. In addition, we are modifying our operational practices for dining.
Our top priority is the health and safety of all of our team members, guests, and community members. We ask that you PLEASE follow the guidelines from the CDCP and take action to prevent further spread.
