Frequently Asked Questions & Reservation Policies
Check In
- Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. If you expect to arrive after 7:00 pm, please call or write so we can provide you our late arrival information
- Early check-in may be obtainable based on availability at a fee starting at $50. Late check-out may be obtainable based on availability at a fee starting at $100.
- Check-out time is 11:00am
Reservations
- A credit card is required to hold all reservations
- Gift Certificates can be used for room reservations and spa services
- Credit card and valid photo identification must be presented at check-in
- All balances are due in full at check-in
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
Minimum Stays
- Two-night minimums are in effect for weekends
Cancellations
- We must receive notice of cancellation or change no later than 3 days prior to your date of arrival
- If your reservation falls on a holiday period, we must receive notice 7 days prior to your date of arrival
- Cancellations or changes within 3 days (or 7 days for holidays) of arrival are liable for the entire amount of the original reservation
- “No shows,” early departures and delayed arrivals are the same as a cancellation, and all monies due will be collected
Groups
- For groups reserving three or more rooms, a 30-day cancellation policy applies, and 50% of the total is required
Maximum Occupancy
- Rooms are configured for two people only, with the exception of Grand Champion, Manzanilla and Celestial Moon, which under certain circumstances can accommodate 4 people
- $35 charge per additional person in above rooms
Smoking, Candles, and Pets
- Smoking (this includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.) is not permitted inside any of our facilities, only in specified outdoor smoking areas. Please show consideration for other guests' smoking preferences. Please do not smoke in your room or anywhere inside the resort. If it is determined that smoking took place indoors, then a $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Open flames (i.e. candles) are not permitted inside any of our rooms
- We have a strict no pets policy. We love animals, but maintain pet-free rooms. If a pet is found to have stayed in any of our rooms, then a $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed
