The Purple Orchid Resort and Spa, in conjunction with other sponsors, has been hosting Music in the Orchard for six years running. June through September, bring a lawn chair or blanket and claim your spot under the olive trees in our enchanting orchard. Our on-site Manzilla Olive Orchard produces the fruits for our De Anza Olive Oil Club and can be seen from a variety of our guest rooms.
Music in the Orchard allows guests to listen to talented musicians while indulging in local food and beverage vendors. Aside from fun, the most important aspect of this concert series is that it supports local students via The Pedrozzi Foundation. This foundation awards scholarships to local students and creates a college and career-bound culture in some of Livermore’s most underrepresented schools. Wente Vineyards Concert Series is an annual event that features world-renowned artists in a picturesque setting. The vineyard is a natural amphitheater that can accommodate a large crowd.
